1. Booking and Payment

Stretch Tents:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of setup.
All other equipment:
Payment to be paid in full on event date, on completion of setup (Jumping Castle, Gazebo, Speaker etc…).
Note:
All payments must be made via bank transfer or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

Stretch Tents:
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: 50% off deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: No refund.

3. Damage and Loss

The client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period. A security deposit may be required for certain high-value items.

4. Delivery and Setup

Delivery and setup fees may apply depending on location and equipment. Our team will ensure all equipment is properly set up and safe for use.

5. Weather Conditions

We are not responsible for weather-related issues. Tents and other outdoor equipment are provided as-is, and clients should have contingency plans for inclement weather.
